Conie Vallese was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and works across sculpture, ceramics, textiles and bronze. Her practice moves between art and design, with a particular interest in form, materials and the relationship between objects and everyday life.
Flowers, botanical motifs and organic shapes recur throughout her work, where delicate natural forms are translated into objects with a strong physical presence. Bronze and clay allow her to play with contrasts of softness and strength, permanence and fragility.
Connie grew up surrounded by painting, sculpture and design, developing an intuitive understanding of form from an early age. Her approach remains open and process-led, allowing each material and project to develop on its own terms rather than following a fixed method.
Her work has been presented internationally, including at Design Miami in collaboration with Fendi, and featured in publications such as Vogue and Elle. Working across disciplines, Vallese has developed a distinctive visual language that brings together sculpture, design and the decorative arts.
